KBA Designated Technical Service

In the designation procedure, the TesTneT Group is confirmed as competent to perform or supervise tests for technical services within the scope of product testing and to prepare test reports for the type approval procedure of the KBA. The assessment is carried out using the DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025 standard.

Trust and safety

TesTneT is now a designated Technical Service for the categories A, B and D forming part of the illustrious KBA type approval family.
Thus, we may provide the relevant services to get Hydrogen or CNG containers/components/systems type approved based on the applicable European and UN regulations. Testing can be done at our facilities in Germany and Canada or witnessed at appropriate other 3rd parties' sites. In addition, we are entitled to do CoP (Conformity of Production) testing.
